Google has unveiled new Webmaster Guidelines page with information dedicated to all webmasters. Take a scroll down to the quality guidelines section and look to the area subjected as - "Quality guidelines - specific guidelines". There is an information about specifics things related to hyperlinked technique. Google advise us here to avoid hidden text and links, use cloaking and sneaky redirects.
